At Hotel Guptaji, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality sweets and food products to our valued customers. However, due to the perishable nature of our items, our refund policy is carefully structured as follows:
1. No Refund on Perishable Items

All sweets and food items are non-refundable once sold, due to hygiene and food safety standards.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased unless there is a valid reason as mentioned below.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Evidence in the form of photos/videos must be shared via WhatsApp or Email for verification.
3. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are allowed only if the order is canceled within 1 hour of placing the order and before the product is dispatched/prepared.

Once the preparation or dispatch has started, cancellation and refund will not be possible.
4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved (due to genuine issues like damage or wrong item):
